While every effort is made to provide precise technical figures regarding acoustic sound insulation (STC values), wind load deflection limits (IS 18473), and thermal transmission coefficients (U-values), actual on-site performance depends upon dynamic structural parameters:

• Site Conditions: Building elevation, terrain category, cyclonic exposure zones, and opening masonry alignment.
• Glazing Selection: Glass thickness, interlayer PVB/SGP acoustic configurations, and low-E coatings.
• Structural Validation: Any quotes generated via online forms remain indicative until certified via physical site measurement by our technical survey crew.

Submission of project details through our website does not create a binding manufacturing contract. Formal engagement commences only upon:

1. Sign-off on technical profile section drawings and opening dimensions.
2. Receipt of the initial advance payment as agreed in the formal commercial proposal.
3. Approval of powder coating RAL shade samples and hardware finishes.

Manufacturing lead times are subject to raw aluminium alloy supply chains and custom coating batch queues. Descon Coframe maintains transparent milestone tracking across every phase.

Descon Coframe warrants all manufactured profiles against structural manufacturing defects and AkzoNobel powder coating against peeling or abnormal chalking for up to 10 years, subject to:

• Installation performed or supervised by factory-certified Descon Coframe technicians.
• Adherence to recommended periodic maintenance protocols (neutral detergent wash, track cleaning, and roller inspection).
• Exclusion of damages caused by building settlement, structural foundation movement, non-standard glazing modifications, or unauthorized third-party hardware additions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Descon Industries Pvt Ltd, its directors, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, unverified calculator reliance, or third-party installation failures.

These Terms of Use and any commercial engagement arising from digital platform inquiries shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
